Back deck features stunning ocean views, BBQ and outdoor setting which seats up to 16 people. Large fenced back yard for the family dog (please ensure dog remains outside only) and plenty of room for cricket and footy matches. Plenty of parking for cars and boats.
Shopping centre is only 5 minutes drive and the local deli and children's playground is a 5 minute walk. Enjoy the benefits of this magnificent seaside location including; sunbathing, swimming, surfing, scuba diving, fishing, boating, tennis courts and sports oval.
